Set an appointment with yourself, family, and spouse.
Set a specific study time and never changes build a good habit
Choose a time that will have the greatest impact on your mode and spirit.
Write it down in your calendar and be consistent.
Set a minimum amount of time and try to stick to it.
If you miss your appointment, make it a priority to get your study done as soon as possible to your scheduled time.
With young children, try to include some age-appropriate activities to help then understand the content. (We will include some suggestions below).
